The North Carolina Housing Services and Management Corporation (NCHSM) was organized for the purpose of providing quality services and management to low and moderate income housing facilities. The Corporation works to foster a staff team spirit of dedication to the residents of the properties we develop and manage. This dedication of spirit continues by listening and responding to the changing needs of the residents, owners/sponsors, and staff that we serve. Our goal is to set the highest standards that the industry has to offer. We strive to enhance the quality of life for the residents that we serve as well as providing a quality service for each community in which the individual properties are located.
